He previously led a company that provides innovative solutions to multi-billion-dollar corporations globally, such as Ameropa AG. Catalin has established partnerships with leading companies like Visa, Microsoft, and major European banks, including ERSTE Bank. He collaborates with clients to create tailored solutions that meet their needs and drive growth, and in the process has built strong relationships across Europe and the Middle East.

15 years’ experience in technology business administration alongside 20 years in education, Ioana brings a blend of analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to the company. She is currently an MBA candidate and has previously worked with customers in various industries, including banking and agriculture. Ioana excels at analyzing complex problems and developing effective solutions, making her an asset to Prime Dash's leadership team.

Accomplished software architect and CTO of Prime Dash, where he has played a pivotal role in the company's success. Cosmin has designed and developed product architectures for leading aviation, automotive, banking, and telecommunications companies like Allegiant, ESRTE Bank, Daimler and Swiss Telekom. His innovative approach to product development has enabled Prime Dash to create an adaptable infrastructure that supports global operations and maintains a competitive edge.

Finance executive with 18 years’ experience leading and managing finance in a range of industries. Malina has been a company owner and director for the last 10 years, responsible for overseeing management contracts with multinational corporations. She has a proven record of successfully overseeing finance activities from planning to execution. Malina holds a master’s degrees in finance & Banking and in Criminal Sciences, and is a PhD candidate in Economics.

As the CHRO, Sarah manages the recruiting and hiring of Prime Dash staff. Her expertise includes organizational and staff development, leadership training and development, communication, team building, strategic development, and planning.

As the Creative Director of Prime Dash, Radu conceives and implements various creative projects to increase the overall appeal of the technologies the company offers. He works closely with Senior Management when prototyping new concepts and products.
